A couple of other highlights of our stay in Hiroshima:
Being asked by what turned out to be Jehovahs witness whether 'you are interested in garoba peas?' This turned out to be Global Peace after much discussion. Bizarre people with terrible pamphlets!
Miyajima Island is a wonderfully peaceful example of Shinden-zukuri architecture, orange pavillions floating on the water.
Okonomi Yaki on the 6th floor of a department store. Supposed to be a local pizza really but we've never seen a pizza made almost entirely of cabbage!!

- Hamroast is a single entity that has taken on the challenge of doing nothing for a year but travel the globe and throw money away like it's last nights dried up nutroast.
