We didn't expect much from Singapore...but have to say that we've been blown away. The architecture is by far and away the best Colonial legacy we've seen anywhere in Asia. OK so most of the skycrapers are rubbish and at times you feel like you're in Canary Wharf, but it's more than made up for by the splendours of Little India, Circuular Road, China Town and Kampong Glam.

Singapore Slings at Raffles, bacon sarnies sat by the river, cricket matches and some very expensive beers...we've packed in a lot in a couple of days. All to the backdrop of the endless argument of when to come home. At some point we're jusst going to toss a coin. I think Sarah may fix the result though!
