Tomorrow we head offf to Sumatra, so we should sum up our stay in Malaysia. It's seemed fleeting, but we did spend 2 weeks on an island and see 3 cities.
Not sure we'll remember the cities really. Eclectic and diverse you could say. Which is obviously great. But they're also generally filthy and impossible to get round by anything other than a car. And there's a constant traffic jam at every turn.
Great curries, but you'll probably be run over on your way home so is it worth it really???
Still, the Perhentian Islands will live long in the memory for sure.
