Tom saw his first big punch up in Hanoi the other day. 2 motorbikes crashed in front of him and then the 2 men started swinging wildly. They are quite aggro in North Vietnam and generally a bit rude. In fact we've not heard anything nice about the people from anyone who's come here mid travels.

Still, it's a crazy place. Full of energy and we've done some of the best trips of our travels here. Just getting a bit fed up of all the hassles. Why can't everyone be like the Cambodians. Permanantly smiling. Or like the Russians, ever ready to help you out.

Next stop Sapa and the cool mouuntain air. Hopefully the people will be a little calmer.
