Rwanda

This morning we cruised through the border into Rwanda...
Paved roads, tea plantations curving through wide valleys, smiley and helpful immigration people. But more people in rags than in Uganda where the standard clothing was shirt and tie no matter how poor.
Kigali, the capital is a world away, a pleasant, green hill top town whcih seems prosperous and lively. Fed in large by the expat and aid communities that have flooded in since the country returned to stability following the horrendous events of the 1990's.
