Unfortunately we also visit the Elephant breeding camp. Which is basically about 30 elephants chained to posts. Delightful.

There are a few babies wandering round as well. It makes you realize what beautiful animals they are and yet we constantly feel the need to chain them up.

Even the experience of meeting the babies is ruined by an outrageous German woman who is so intent on being filmed feeding them biscuits (jammy dodgers for gods sake!), that she tells us to keep out the way of the elephant.

At the risk of going into a 1000 word rant about tourists feeding animals random snacks…WHO LETS THESE PEOPLE OUT?? Anger anger anger.
