Yestreday we went to the city dump in Phnom Penh. Around 1500 people live there in makeshift houses on top of the city's crap. The smell is horrendous as there is constant burning and the bulldozers, lorrys and toxic waste make scavenging here a pretty dangerous lifestyle.

We headed to the city market first, bought bread and fruit for 500, which we handed out for a few hours. Tom also donated his favourite Christmas present - a wind up plane - to a couple of kids which caused much excitement!!
